My career began in 1998 as lecturer of digital transformation at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

At the time, I was also a freelance consultant with Fujitsu International, running training workshops across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and the Philippines.

I then led a number of digital transformation projects for the public sector.

After working 16+ hour days, weeknights and weekends in my corporate job, I fell asleep behind the wheel and totalled my car.

I knew then that something had to change.

Having worked on myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, I have since built a thriving coaching practice specialising in transformative coaching, and have the privilege of sharing my experience with coaches all around the world.
